It’s my first checkin day! Down 4.2lbs this week to 299.8. That’s super exciting!!! I was a little nervous since I know I’m eating too many veggie servings everyday (should only be 3 cups and I’ve been eating anywhere from 4-8).
Today was my first day back to Crossfit since the accident in August. I thought I was going to die the whole time, but thanks to the constant encouragement of my classmates, I was able to finish strong. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 Two are better than one because they have a good reward for their efforts. For if either falls, his companion can lift him up; but pity the one who falls without another to lift him up.
I know, you’re all wondering how it went at Ruby Tuesday’s last night. Well, as I’m sure you can guess, I ate too many veggies. Surprise! I had 2 plates from the GardenBar plus the veggie trio consisting of spaghetti squash, zucchini, and green beans. I used low fat ranch since I forgot to take fat free dressing with me. It was a success in the fact that I didn’t get a burger and fries, but I should have gotten the hot veggies to-go and only gotten one plate of salad.
