Will it ever get easier? I feel like I’m always hungry. I’m always thinking about food. If I eat _____ now then I won’t have any calories left for dinner. I’m making the choice to not eat bananas, potatoes, and corn because they are higher in calories than strawberries, broccoli, and carrots. I’m even hesitant to eat my favorite brussel sprouts because they are 40 calories as opposed to 10. I don’t want to live the rest of my life stressing out about what and how much I can eat. Will it ever get easier?
I sure hope so because things like this are within arms reach every single day at work. Jesus, help me!
