Day 18

FAIL! I tried a new recipe today and totally nailed it. LOL! The recipe is for ‘potato chips’ made with meal replacement powder. 1 packet potato MR, 1 tsp ranch powder, 1 tbsp self rising corn flour, and 4 tbsp water. Mix it all up then spread thin on parchment and bake until crisp. Well, it doesn’t quite work that way. Crisp is burnt. Semi-soggy is not burnt. I will say that the semi-soggy ‘chips’ didn’t taste bad, but it’s not something I think I’ll try to make again.
