Day 21

I can’t believe I’ve made it 21 days without eating off plan (meal replacements, fruits, veggies). I’m fairly certain that I’ve never made it this long before without having a binge attack on a box of cookies or a bag of chips. I even turned down donuts, brownies, cupcakes, and cookies this week. 
I’m down another 5.7 this week for a 3 week total of 15.6.  My pants fit so much better than they did when I started!!
