Well, this weeks weigh-in didn’t go as I would have liked. The scale said I only lost 0.1 pound. Seriously. I feel smaller. I didn’t do anything different with eating or exercise. My only idea is that I’m going in to work 5 hours earlier so being awake, eating, and drinking for 5 extra hours made a difference. I’m going to start weighing at 830am until my shift goes back to normal in August.
On a positive note, that’s an XL t-shirt and I didn’t have to stretch it out to make it fit. I don’t remember the last time I wore an XL without looking horrific.
