1/4 cup egg beaters egg whites
2 zucchini (shredded and squeezed dry in cheese cloth)
1 oz fat free cheddar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Pepper to taste
Mix it all in a bowl. Line a baking sheet with parchment then spray with non-stick cooking spray. Makes about 12 2 tablespoon sized nuggets. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, turning once.
1 serving: 160 calories for MR and 90 calories for additional ingredients.
