For the first time in 13 weeks I gained weight. It’s only 0.1 pound, but it’s a gain. I know what I did wrong (pizza, tamales, cookies, BBQ nachos, waffles, juicy hamburger w waffle fries, and Olive Garden bread sticks) so the only surprise is that it wasn’t any more than that. I completely failed at eating right for 4 days.
However, redemption is here! It’s 5:20pm and I’ve been on track the whole day (2 MR shakes, an apple, and 2 servings of Skinny Pop). I feel so much better today, not just physically, but about life. I got this!!
Since I didn’t lose weight this week, there is no comparison. Here I am with my Sam’s haul. Apples, veggies, romain, sugar free drinks, and 5 bags of Skinny Pop.
