Everything in my body said, ‘GO HOME,’ after work. I was 1/2 way home before I turned around and went to the gym. I had no motivation. I didn’t work out hard, but at least I went.
It was baseline day in Crossfit. That’s 500 meter row, 40 squats, 30 sit ups, 20 push ups, and 10 pull ups. My time was 6:38 (feb 15 7:02, June 15 6:12). I’m sure why my time went up 26 seconds, maybe the squats? I remember from last summer that I had a difficult time with sit-ups but I did great this time. Oh well, it’s just another way I can show improvement in the coming months.
